Bullshit Unsubscribe – Expedia

Suppose somebody has used your site in the past and managed to unsubscribe from all the other pointless spam since then… but you REALLY want to advertise some new feature on your site?

Easy! Just send the spam as usual, and call it a “Transactional email based on a recent booking”! How long has it been since I’ve used Expedia for a booking? Don’t worry about it!
