Updates to Goweb

I’ve added support for commenting via Disqus, subdomains (see http://gproc.org/, which is actually http://jfloren.net/gproc/), and configuration via a JSON-formatted file rather than hardcoded values in the Go source.

TODO: Goweb is a bad name for it, and already belongs to these guys.
